Using the Patient Board

How to put questions to individual participants or entire segments.

The Patient Board is your team's home page: a chat where a moderator takes your questions and routes them to the panel. You phrase your question in plain language. The moderator decides whom to address, or asks back when something is unclear.

One-on-one conversation

Direct your question at a single person, either specifically ("Ask a working patient with severe haemophilia …") or openly ("Ask someone from the panel …"). The answer appears as that participant's own speech bubble.

Within a session you can follow up. The participant remembers what you have discussed with them so far.

Segment poll

Put a question with fixed answer options to an entire segment, for example:

"Ask the caregiver segment: What matters most when switching therapy — efficacy, everyday practicality, or safety?"

You receive a distribution card: bars per answer option with vote counts and selected original quotes. If some respondents fail, this is reported as such ("11 of 14").

Tips

The example questions on the empty home screen demonstrate the typical question types; one click sends them directly. The panel selector in the page header shows which panel is active and how many participants it holds. While an answer is running, you can cancel it with the stop button.
