Status & Limitations

Current state of the platform, deliberate limitations, and data protection.

The platform is in pilot operation and accessible by invitation only. This section describes what applies today.

Current status

There is one active panel with 55 haemophilia twins, including patients and caregivers. One-on-one conversations and segment polls with response distributions are available. The interface comes in German and English and follows your language setting.

Deliberate limitations

The chat lives in your browser session and is not stored. Reloading the page starts the conversation over, so save important results yourself.

The twins convey patient perspectives for research purposes. They do not give medical advice.

Answers are grounded in qualitative research data from real people but are AI-generated. A segment distribution is a hypothesis signal, not a substitute for a quantitative study.

Data protection and residency

All processing runs in the EU: the application and database are hosted in EU data centres, and AI responses are generated by Google Vertex AI in EU regions. Access is restricted to invited team members, and each team sees only its own panel. Conversations are not stored in the database.
